David R. Lacouture, MSW, LSW

David R. Lacouture serves as the Director of Administration at NewBridge Services, where he oversees all state and county contract management, human resources and facilities and maintenance, including coordinating NewBridge's Capital and Housing Development Projects. He is also responsible for development and implementation of the agency's information technology system and supervises all front office operations.

A 20-year industry veteran, Mr. Lacouture started his mental health career at NewBridge as a Pre-employment trainer/in-take coordinator. During his tenure, he also served as a Residence Counselor and as a Program Manager of NewBridge Project 70001, an alternative high school program. His other professional experience includes Director of Homeless Outreach Services (Project Home) at the Mental Health Association of Morris County, working as a mental health technician at Newton Memorial Hospital and serving as a residential specialist at Prime Care in Newton, NJ.

Mr. Lacouture earned his MSW at Rutgers University, School of School Work, and his BA at Montclair University, where he majored in Sociology and minored in Psychology. Throughout his career he has received numerous awards and recognition. He is currently the Chairperson of the Morris County Human Services Advisory Council and a member of the New Jersey Association of Mental Health Agencies, IT Professional Advisor Committee.
