Position Title: Front Office Support Staff, Part Time
Responsible To: Office Manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent or minimum of one year experience as a secretary or receptionist. Computer proficient. Excellent communication skills. Able to organize own work and time well.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist telephone callers, consumers and visitors
- Prepare letters, forms and reports from rough draft using proper style and punctuation
- Maintain client files
- Operate office equipment to include: telephone communication system, copiers, computer, fax machine, typewriters and printers
- Collect fees regarding client visits
- Schedule client appointments
- Register new clients in the computer and update data as necessary
Duties may also include the following depending on location:
- Open and close client charts. Maintain open/close log.
- Compile and assemble charts for intake appointments
- Confirm doctor appointments the evening before appointment
