From Route 80 East:
To exit 38 onto route 46 East. Proceed approximately 1 and 1/2 miles and the Villa is on your right.

Route 80 West:
To exit 39 onto route 46 east. Travel 3 short traffic Lights which is approximately one mile and turn RIGHT into our driveway at that third light.

From Route 280 West:
Take the exit for Route 80 West. Follow 80 West directions, or Exit 1 (Edwards Road in Parsippany) make a right at the light, go 1/2 mile to 46 West. Go 6 miles the Villa is on the left.*

From the Garden State Parkway:
Exit 145 (Route 280 West) to end onto 80 West. Follow West directions.

From Route 287 North:
Traveling north go to Exit 41B Onto 80 West. Follow 80 West Directions.

From Route 287 South:
Traveling south Exit 42. Make a left at first light and a quick right onto 46 West. 2 miles. The Villa is on the left.*

From Bloomfield Avenue: (Montclair, Caldwell area)
Travel Bloomfield Avenue west to end. It turns into 46 West. Go 6 miles. The Villa is on the left.*

From the Lincoln Tunnel (NYC):
Route 3 West to Route 46 West. Stay on Route 46 to 80 West. Follow 80 West directions.

From the George Washington Bridge (NYC):
'Like 80 West to Exit 39. Follow 80 West directions.

From Newark Airport:
Take 7 West to Route 24 West. Follow to the end to 287 North. Follow 287 North directions.

*Traveling via 46 West:
There is no left turn him the parking lot. Go to next light (stay in left lane) and make a u-turn It is a legal u-turn Come back on to 46 East, The Vila is on the right
