Reach Out This Valentine's Day

Ah, Love! St. Valentine's Day is fast approaching, a time when we express love by giving thoughtful cards, colorful flowers and delectable chocolates. But it's not much fun for people who are lonely or grieving a loss. If you're feeling blue at the thought of pink hearts and red roses, one way to lift your spirits is to reach out to someone who is lonely and let him or her know another soul is thinking of them.
