NewBridge to Open Intensive Outpatient Program
NewBridge announces the opening of a comprehensive Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for substance abuse.
NewBridge IOP is a new 12-week wellness and recovery program that integrates assessments, individualized treatment, referrals, education, case management, individual, group and family therapy, and continuing care services.
"NewBridge recognized a gap and was in the unique position to fill it by offering this new program to assist and motivate local adults in achieving abstinence, wellness and recovery," said L. Michelle Borden, MSW, LCSW, Associate Executive Director, NewBridge. "We look forward to providing this much-needed service."
This program will be based in Wayne, New Jersey.
Uniquely qualified to offer this program, NewBridge staff maintains the highest addictions credentials and the latest training, including licensure and certification by the New Jersey State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. For the past two years, NewBridge has worked in conjunction with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey on progressive research-based treatment of dually diagnosed individuals.
