NewBridge Offers Anger Program for Teenage Boys
Montville, NJ - November 29, 2007 - Being a teenaged boy isn't easy, nor are the emotions and conflicts that he faces. In response, NewBridge, a nonprofit provider of behavioral health and education programs and services, is offering a supportive group entitled Cool Under Fire, for boys ages 13 to 17 who would benefit from learning effective ways to handle anger, stress and conflict and improve relationships.
This ongoing program is held on Monday evenings at NewBridge's Adult and Family Services, 202 Main Road, Montville, NJ. Participants will have the opportunity to express themselves in a supportive setting, as they learn to channel anger in healthy ways, manage stress, develop coping skills and improve relationships. Admission for this program is on a rolling basis, so teens can register for the program at any time.
