NewBridge Offers Anger Management Program
Montville, NJ - February 14, 2007 - Life's challenges can test our patience and take their toll on our emotions. NewBridge, a nonprofit provider of behavioral health and education programs and services, is offering a supportive group entitled Cool Under Fire, for men and women who would benefit from learning effective ways to handle anger, stress and conflict and improve relationships.
This ongoing program is held weekly at NewBridge's Adult and Family Services, 202 Main Road, Montville, NJ. Participants will have the opportunity to express themselves in a supportive setting, as they learn to channel anger in healthy ways, manage stress, develop coping skills and improve relationships. Admission for this program is on a rolling basis, so people can register for the program at any time.
