Last Chance to Register for NewBridge Golf Outing

13th annual event benefits local nonprofit

Pompton Plains, NJ - September 3, 2008 - A limited number of openings are available for NewBridge's 13th Annual Golf Outing on Monday, October 13, 2008, at the Knoll Country Club in Parsippany, N.J. This event raises funds for NewBridge, a nonprofit provider of behavioral health and education programs and services.

Reservations for the outing are available for $195 each or $780 per foursome. The outing includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental, lunch, dinner, contests and prizes. Sponsorships range from $125 tee sponsors to $10,000 event sponsors.

"Golfers look forward to the NewBridge Golf Outing as the traditional end-of-the-season outing," said Doug Cook, who has served as golf outing chairperson for its entire 13-year history. "This fun and worthwhile event gives golfers a chance to enjoy friendly competition while supporting programs that make a profound impact on people's lives."
