NewBridge Offers Free Resources for Senior Citizens
Morris County, NJ - September 30, 2008 - Senior citizens deserve to live comfortably in their home, with all their needs met. But as they get older, they may need assistance in handling some of life's activities. Senior citizens in need of assistance or caregivers for an elderly person who could use a helping hand can turn to NewBridge SAIL (Senior Assistance for Independent Living).
The services of NewBridge SAIL are available free of charge to residents of Boonton, Boonton Township, Butler, East Hanover, Kinnelon, Lincoln Park, Montville Township, Mountain Lakes, Pequannock Township and Riverdale who are over 60 years of age. NewBridge SAIL provides senior citizens with services and links to services, including:
- Medical care
- Entitlement and benefit procurement
- Legal counseling
- Form completion
- Adult day programs
- Nutrition programs
- Medication monitoring
- Home repairs
- Hospice
- Shopping and transportation
