Kirsch Named NewBridge Development Assistant
Pompton Plains, NJ - December 14, 2009 - Meredith Kirsch, a lifelong resident of Pompton Plains, N.J. has been appointed development assistant for NewBridge Services, Inc., a nonprofit provider of behavioral health and education programs and services.
Kirsch, 23, became active in her hometown during her childhood. Her involvement with Girl Scouts and her church helped develop a strong foundation in community service. After graduating from Pequannock Township High School, Kirsch attended Providence College in Rhode Island, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in public and community service studies. She graduated in May of 2009 with honors.
She is excited to be working locally - NewBridge serves residents of Morris and Passaic counties - to benefit members of her community. In her role at NewBridge, Kirsch is responsible for providing support for all functions of the development department, including database management, special events coordination, marketing communications and community outreach.
Kirsch also mentors at the Morristown Neighborhood House, a community center in Morristown, N.J. and is a member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals Committee.
