This grant will benefit Passaic County seniors receiving care management services through NewBridge SAIL (Senior Assistance for Independent Living).
NewBridge Awarded $25,000 United Way Grant to Expand Senior Care Services to Passaic County

Pompton Plains, NJ- November 16, 2006 - NewBridge Services, Inc., a provider of behavioral health and education programs and services, has been awarded a $25,000 grant from United Way of Passaic County, enabling NewBridge to expand its highly successful senior program to senior citizens in Passaic County.

The grant will be used to enhance the care management capabilities of NewBridge SAIL (Senior Assistance for Independent Living), a free program for residents over the age of 60 that provides links to services to help people remain living independently in their homes.

"Thanks to this grant we are now able to bring on additional staff to SAIL, who will provide important case management services to seniors in need," said Robert L. Parker, Executive Director, NewBridge. "We are grateful to United Way, as their support will help lead the way to a better quality of life for our senior neighbors in Passaic County."
