NewBridge Gets High Marks

An overwhelming majority of people receiving services from NewBridge (94.8 percent) would recommend the agency to a family member or friend, affirmed a survey conducted by the nonprofit provider of behavioral health and education programs based in Morris and Passaic counties.

Comprehensive survey results of three NewBridge programs—counseling, day treatment and residential care—revealed very high marks in many areas of the agency. Among the most highly rated categories were quality of staff, doctors' care, individual and group therapy.

"NewBridge's mission is to help people find balance in their lives by providing affordable and innovative programs," said Robert L. Parker, Executive Director, NewBridge. "Our staff and board are delighted with the results of this survey, which credits our professional staff with achieving this mission so capably through the care of the nearly 10,000 people we serve every year."

NewBridge also received high marks from clients in the following areas:

"As NewBridge grows in scope and breadth to meet the changing needs of our community, we continue to strive to provide the highest level quality of care possible," said Nicole Novello Olsen, Quality Assurance Manager, NewBridge. "These responses validate the efforts of a team of experienced, caring and talented professionals."
