Teenage boys learn anger management

NewBridge Services, a nonprofit provider of behavioral health and education programs, offers a supportive group, "Cool Under Fire," for boys ages 13 to 17 to learn effective ways to handle anger, stress and conflict and improve relationships. This ongoing program is held on Monday evenings at NewBridge's Adult and Family Services at 202 Main Road.

Participants will have the opportunity to express themselves in a supportive setting, as they learn to channel anger in healthy ways, manage stress, develop coping skills and improve relationships. Admission for this program is on a rolling basis, so teens can register for the program at any time.
