NewBridge group supports seniors

NewBridge, a nonprofit provider of behavioral health and education programs and services, is offering a supportive group entitled Life Begins at 60! for men and women who would like to share ideas, coping skills, resources, life challenges and solutions in a casual and supportive setting.

This ongoing program is held Mondays at NewBridge's Adult and Family Services, 105 Hamburg Turnpike, Pompton Lakes, NJ.

Participants will discuss a variety of subjects, including how to set boundaries, living successfully with traditional values, looking and feeling your best, intimacy, dealing with crises, and more. This group will also discuss current thinking on aging with vitality, and refer to literature on the subject.

This program is run by Barbara Westerberg, LCSW, and admission for this program is on a rolling basis. To register for Life Begins at 60! or to learn about other support groups, call NewBridge toll-free at (888) 746-9333.
