NewBridge Holds Free Summer Picnic
MONTVILLE TOWNSHIP -- NewBridge Services, Inc., a community provider of premier health and education programs and services, will proudly celebrate its volunteers, staff and friends with a Summer Tribute Family Picnic in the Park on Wednesday, August 3 at Montville Community Park, Changebridge Road, Montville, NJ. Morris and Passaic County community members are invited to bring their family, friends and neighbors to this free summer picnic.
"This is our way of giving back to the community and of saying thank you to those who support our mission of helping people move forward with their lives,” said Robert L. Parker, Executive Director, NewBridge Services, Inc. “It is critical for each of us to take a mental health break once in a while and take a moment to really enjoy life. This picnic is designed to do just that while celebrating the great people who help make NewBridge an excellent community resource."
Sponsored by Berlex and Montville Township, this fun-filled event includes a picnic dinner, musical entertainment, prizes and face painting. The picnic starts at 5:30 p.m. with a brief program at 6:30 p.m. during which the Annual Lifetime Achievement Awards will be presented to two local residents in recognition of their volunteer efforts on behalf of NewBridge's programs.
