GED Services / Job Placement
NewBridge 70001 JOBS PLUS is a youth employment and education program for young adults from ages 16 to 21 who have dropped out of school. NewBridge 70001 JOBS PLUS empowers, inspires and provides young adults from Morris, Sussex and Warren counties with a second chance, as well as the necessary tools to lead successful and productive lives. This free program includes GED preparation and testing, pre-employment training, life skills, educational services, counseling and job search assistance, as well as free transportation within Morris County.
70001 JOBS PLUS works one-on-one with students to cultivate their strengths, personality and career aptitude. By offering employment training, resumé writing and interviewing skills, confidence building and, most importantly, a support system-the 70001 JOBS PLUS staff prepares the young associates for their next step into the world of work and higher education.
Since 1983, this program has transformed thousands of young adults with seemingly no direction into confident members of society with promise for the future. Many NewBridge 70001 JOBS PLUS graduates secure a career-oriented job or continue their education at a college, trade school or the military.
