Housing Development at NewBridge
NewBridge assists with all aspects of housing development, whether you are a supporter or prospective supporter, agency, organization or municipality. In addition to developing its own affordable housing in Morris and Passaic counties, NewBridge is also partnering with other entities to help them develop new housing opportunities, including:
- Municipalities: NewBridge helps municipalities achieve their affordable housing goals and/or COAH obligations by developing quality low- and moderate-income and special needs housing.
- Partnering Agencies: NewBridge partners with other non-profit agencies by acting as a co-developer for projects or as a turn-key developer.
- Financial Partners: NewBridge can assist funders in developing projects by leveraging resources, such as public and private grants. Working with NewBridge also helps financial institutions receive Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) credits.
