Traditional counseling often requires clients to travel to appointments, which can be particularly challenging for homebound older adults or exhausted caregivers. Our program offers:
- At least 12 one-hour counseling sessions in your home, with the flexibility to extend treatment based on your individual needs
- Video conferencing and phone appointments when in-person visits aren't possible
- Counseling and resources to help manage stress, anxiety and depression in older adults and caregivers
- A compassionate ear for caregivers, helping them cope with burnout and other challenges
- Licensed NewBridge clinicians skilled in evidence-based counseling practices
Referrals are accepted from individuals, hospitals, medical providers and community organizations, including the Morris County Office of Aging, Disabilities and Community Programming, and other NewBridge programs.
