Outpatient Counseling Services in New Jersey

Compassionate Support When You Need It Most

Life’s obstacles and setbacks can leave us feeling isolated. Anxiety, depression, stress and uncontrolled anger are more than everyday problems. Left unaddressed, they can cause lasting harm to ourselves and those around us.

At NewBridge Services, your mental health and emotional well-being are our focus. We provide outpatient counseling services for children and adults through individual, group and family programs in a supportive, nonjudgmental setting where our trained professionals help you find your way back to your best self.

Comprehensive Outpatient Mental Health Programs

Our outpatient mental health services welcome individuals as young as preschool age through adulthood, recognizing that mental health challenges affect people differently across life stages. Services include:

  • Individual, Group and Family Counseling: Core therapeutic services for all ages, including individual and group sessions addressing  depression, anxiety, healthy relationships, self-esteem and substance use issues, and specialized play therapy for children as young as 3.
  • Crisis Counseling Services: Psychological first aid provided by specially trained, empathetic clinicians to children and adults after traumatic events, with outreach to schools and workplaces to build lasting networks of support.
  • Adult Psychiatric Day Treatment: Comprehensive program for individuals with severe mental illness, providing wellness and recovery support, treatment of co-occurring conditions, and case management. We provide groups in this program.

Each program combines evidence-based practices with personalized care to address individual needs and goals.
