NewBridge Services offers housing options that reflect the different needs of the people we serve — from adults managing serious mental illness who need residential support, to families working hard but struggling with the high cost of housing.

Some NewBridge housing programs include ongoing supports that help residents maintain their health and independence. Others provide affordable apartments for individuals and families whose primary challenge is financial. Both approaches provide housing that residents can depend on.

Whether you need residential support for mental health recovery, assistance to age in place or affordable housing for your family, NewBridge can help. We also work with partner organizations across the region to connect residents with additional resources as needed.

Many of our housing programs include support coordination to help residents access health care, counseling, employment assistance and other community resources. For those whose primary challenge is financial, we offer affordable apartments that provide stability without additional services.
