Who Uses Our Community Residences?
Our specialized community residences serve adults with severe and persistent mental illness who need comprehensive support to maintain stability. These five group homes are for individuals with a history of psychiatric hospitalizations, placing them at greater risk of homelessness or rehospitalization.
