NewBridge Services’ Legacy of Hope Gala — our biggest fundraiser of 2022 — is a month away! On May 12, we’ll be honoring Chilton Medical Center and President Maureen Schneider at The Legacy Castle, a palatial venue in Pequannock Township.
Founded in 1954, Atlantic Health System’s Chilton Medical Center serves 33 communities across Morris, Bergen, and Passaic counties. A registered nurse with an MBA and PhD, Schneider has been “a problem-solver and a source of resiliency for staff, patients and the community” throughout the pandemic, NewBridge CEO Michelle Borden said.
NewBridge Services and Chilton Medical Center have a long history. “Over the years, NewBridge and Chilton have worked together to bring care and compassion to the communities we both serve,” Borden said. “We work together to bring support in times of distress and crisis, we bring awareness and education to address local concerns about mental health and community living.”
Borden lauded Schneider’s leadership: “Her work with the care team to ensure safety for all, her communications and education about how to address the emotional impact of the responses necessary to keep safe, and her ability to mobilize and motivate people to make changes all contributed to Chilton’s efforts to keep the community safe and healthy,” Borden said.
Please join us for the Legacy of Hope Gala, a fun and meaningful event. You’ll meet interesting people, enjoy delicious food and drink, and get to dance and bid on some fantastic items and experiences.
